I can't seem to get it together this week. I had a decent weigh-in on Monday so that should've inspired me to be on plan the rest of the week. But no...I've been doing too much spontaneous eating. I had a cup of corn and a clementine for breakfast. I know it sounds weird. My son brought me home a Wendy's Ultimate chicken sandwich and a bowl of chili for lunch. I bought a thin crust frozen Red Baron pizza without looking at the nutrition information first. 1/3 of the pizza is one serving so I had 3 servings of that darn thing. I also had a hotdot near the same time I had the whole pizza, and then I finished off a bag of Cheetos. I don't know why I was so hungry, but in order to get all my healthy guidelines, I had to seriously dip into the weeklies. I didn't know this until today because I didn't track Monday until today. Well, yesterday actually but since I work night shift I consider it the same day until I go to bed.
I can't even remember Tuesday except that the Cheeto incident might've been Tuesday instead of Monday. I do know I made some delicious Talapia. I put it on aluminum foil with 2 tsp of olive oil and sprinkled Old Bay seasoning both sides. I cut two scallions into thirds and put those on top, and then I halved 4 grape tomatoes and put those on top. I closed up the foil and baked at 350. It was so darn good! I had a big salad with it.
Today was another goof day. I still have 6.5 points left and still don't have my healthy guidelines but I'm too sleepy to eat now. I think when I get up I'm going to go to the bookstore and find a really cool journal and enter my measurements that I finally did the other day. I'll also use it to make a meal plan the day before every day from now on. Planning is most definately one of the keys.
As for exercise, it's not happening this week. Monday I didn't want to exercise before I weighed in because I had an odd fear that I would have a gain from it. I know it takes more than 1 day of exercising for that to happen but there ya go. Yesterday I was lazy and somewhat depressed and just didn't do it. Today my right knee was hurting and was one of those days where you don't seem to stop yet you accomplish nothing. I need to get back my mojo.
School started Monday. Since my classes are online I've been blowing them off. What a scholar I am, eh?
Goals for today:

Goals for today:
- Plan my meals as soon as I wake up.
- Get off my rear and do some Zumba
- Make a grocery list
- Plan to make at least one new recipe before the end of the week
- Get classwork done and organized for the semester
- Go buy a new journal to use for weight watchers.
I hope everybody has a great day today. And if you pray, please pray for the Haitians. There is such devasation there.
